Terms for Purchase
You may only place orders if you are able to form legally binding contracts, i.e. if you are 18 years or older and not hindered by any appointment of a guardian for you.
Please note that the Website is intended for sales to consumers only. When you order a product on the Website, you represent and warrant that you are ordering the product for personal and not commercial purposes and that you do not intend to resell the product for commercial purposes.
Harvest Moon reserves the right to revise or amend these Terms for Purchase at any time without prior notice. The Terms for Purchase that will apply to your order will be those on the Website at the time you place your order.
If any part of these Terms for Purchase are disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the remaining terms and conditions shall continue to apply.
Information at the Website
Harvest Moon cannot guarantee that the content of the Website is free from errors or that the information is up to date. Harvest Moon may at any time amend the content of the Website and reserves the right to cancel an order prior to dispatch if the information provided, including the price for a product, is incorrect. Upon cancellation of an order Harvest Moon will notify you by email.
The presentation of a product at the Website does not imply or warrant that such product is available at all times. Harvest Moon reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Harvest Moon makes all reasonable efforts to accurately display the products, including their colors. However, the actual color you see will depend on your system configuration and Harvest Moon cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.
Please note that products available for purchase from the Website are intended for non-commercial use only.
Orders, deliveries, prices and delivery charges
When you place an order through the Website you will receive an order confirmation through e-mail.
For Harvest Moon to be able to deliver any order you must state your contact details and a correct delivery address, meaning an address where delivery can be made during ordinary business hours Monday through Friday. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes since delivery might require a signature upon receipt.
Once an order has been placed you may not change the delivery address.
Harvest Moon may be unable to deliver to certain countries or regions, in which case you will be informed thereof either when placing an order or thereafter.
Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive the shipping information through an e-mail. If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact the courier’s customer support and state the tracking number set out in your order confirmation. If you have not received any tracking number, or if the tracking number is incorrect, please contact Harvest Moon via email support@Harvest Moon.com.
Though Harvest Moon aim to deliver the products within five working days following the order confirmation, delivery may take longer time. If the delivery time exceeds 20 working days you may cancel your order.
If, for any reason, Harvest Moon is unable to fulfill your order, you will be informed thereof at the earliest opportunity. If Harvest Moon have already received payment for such order, Harvest Moon will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, a representative of Harvest Moon’s will contact you to settle the refund.
For all orders to be shipped to a delivery address within the EU, Harvest Moon will also collect VAT, meaning that VAT (value added tax) must be paid together with all prices for products and expenses payable pursuant to an order. For such orders, prices quoted on this Website are inclusive of VAT.
Please note that if an order is to be shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, such order may be subject to import charges, duties and taxes, including VAT, that you are responsible for paying. Please note that such import charges, duties and taxes, including VAT, are not included in Harvest Moon’s prices quoted on this Website and that Harvest Moon is not responsible for and does not collect such charges, duties and taxes and has no information about the amount of the same since they differ from country to country. Harvest Moon advises you to contact the local customs office for further information before placing and order. Please also note that if you do not pay such charges, duties and taxes you will most likely not receive the ordered products, without any liability for Harvest Moon to reimburse you for such order.
In case the order may not be fulfilled due to any reason related to, such as incorrect delivery address, the courier not being able to reach you, or non-payment of the charges, duties and taxes (if applicable) Harvest Moon reserves the right to keep the full amount of the order if the order is not returned to Harvest Moon, and, upon return of an order, an administrative fee: for orders within EU – EUR fifty (€ 50), and outside of EU – USD eighty ($ 80). The administrative fee will however not exceed the total amount already paid by you in relation to the order and any exceeding amount will be refunded to you.
The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If Harvest Moon is unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.
Withdrawal of a purchase
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from a purchase, in accordance with what is set out below, within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you receive the ordered product. In case an order for multiple products are delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you receive the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Harvest Moon via email or regular mail of your decision to withdraw from a purchase by an unequivocal statement. You may use the model withdrawal form set out below. For Harvest Moon’s contact details please see below.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal to Harvest Moon before the withdrawal period has expired.
For orders with a total order value of not less than EUR fifty (€ 50) that are ordered to a delivery address within the EU, Harvest Moon offers free returns upon withdrawal. To withdraw from a purchase by using your right of free return you are to use the pre-printed return label included with the original delivery and ship the return within 30 days from the day on which you receive the ordered product. In case such pre-printed return label is not included within you package or if you otherwise have lost it you are welcome to contact Harvest Moon to receive a new. In case of such free returns you are to follow the information provided with such return label.
Please note that Harvest Moon will not accept a withdrawal, or other kind of return regarding purchases for the supply of sealed goods, e.g. syrups and essences, which, either are without seal or with broken seal upon return or otherwise not suitable for return due to health protection or health reasons.

Effects of withdrawal
Upon withdrawal you shall send back the products to Harvest Moon, together with its original packing, inserts, accessories, etc.
Where you have exercised the right of withdrawal via email or regular mail, the return is to be shipped to the address provided to you by Harvest Moon’s customer service without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to Harvest Moon. The deadline is met if you send back the products before the period set out above has expired. All products sent by you to Harvest Moon are at your risk and you will have to bear the cost of returning the products.
For withdrawals where Harvest Moon provides free returns via a pre-printed return label, please see above the requirements for such free returns, the return is to be shipped within 30 days from the day on which you receive the ordered product. All products sent by you to Harvest Moon are at your risk.
In case a product subject to a withdrawal is not returned to Harvest Moon in due time as specified within these Terms for Purchase, Harvest Moon reserves the right to decline the withdrawal.
With the exception of (i) any supplementary cost resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by Harvest Moon, for example costs for express delivery, and (ii) any diminished value of the product(s) subject of withdrawal resulting from the handling of the same other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product(s), for example if a product is damaged or dirty, Harvest Moon will reimburse to you the payment received from you for the purchase of the product without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which Harvest Moon has received the return. Harvest Moon will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Damaged or defective products
If, upon your receipt, the product or its packing is damaged, or if the product otherwise is or becomes defective you are kindly asked to contact Harvest Moon as soon as possible – via the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include in such notice information about the damage or defect, including photos.
After receipt of such notice, Harvest Moon may request you to return the damaged or defective product whereby Harvest Moon will help you arrange the return shipment. Upon such request you shall return to Harvest Moon the damaged or defective product together with the courier’s packing, the product’s original packing, inserts, accessories, etc. to an address provided to you, without undue delay. Please note that Harvest Moon is not able to refund or compensate you for any costs you incur by arranging your own return of the product.
As concerns defective products, Harvest Moon abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. Harvest Moon will, for any product deemed defective, at Harvest Moon´s sole discretion offer either a replacement product, repair of the defective product or provide a full refund. The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit Harvest Moon's liability with regard to any matter for which it would be unlawful for Harvest Moon to limit or exclude its liability.
In case of Harvest Moon being in breach of these terms and conditions, Harvest Moon’s liability is limited to losses that are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such breach. Harvest Moon is never responsible for indirect or consequential losses or damages that are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity. Harvest Moon is furthermore not responsible for any losses that are due to an event that is beyond Harvest Moon’s reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, pandemics, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.
Harvest Moon’s maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order shall be limited to the total price of your order.
Please note that the availability of third-party products and any product’s compatibility with the same as set out in each relevant product description, is subject to the respective third-party’s supply of such products, which may be terminated or where such third-party may make changes to such third-party products, resulting in the product not being compatible with such third-party product. Such un-availabilities or changes are without any liabilities for Harvest Moon.
Harvest Moon reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claim(s) for payment including any payment instalments that have arisen in connection with the delivery of products.
Governing law, ODR platform
These Terms for Purchase are governed by Swedish law and any dispute shall be settled in a Swedish public court. However, if you are a consumer residing in an EU country you additionally enjoy the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Furthermore, if you are a consumer residing in an EU country and you and Harvest Moon are not able to settle a complaint you have related to a product that you have purchased from Harvest Moon’s Website, you may submit your complaint to EU’s online dispute resolution platform (the “ODR platform”). Please note however that Harvest Moon is not obliged to participate in the process for online resolution within the framework of the ODR platform.
The ODR platform offers consumers and traders within the EU with the possibility to try and reach an out-of-court settlement for complaints arising from online purchases. This single entry point is designed to be a user-friendly and interactive website, available in all EU official languages and free of charge. Using the ODR platform you and Harvest Moon may find a dispute resolution body and then go through the process of finding a solution to your complaint. Terms for Pre-order of products
Placing a Pre-order
When placing a Pre-order your contact information must be accurate and kept updated. If we do not have accurate or updated contact information we will not be able to keep you informed of your Pre-order. You can up-date your contact information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to support@Harvest Moon.com.
Please note that Pre-orders are non-transferable.
When you place a Pre-order you will need to pay the full price for the product(s) ordered and any applicable delivery fees. Please note that as with all orders that are to be shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, Pre-ordered products may be subject to import charges, duties and taxes that you are responsible for paying.
Pre-ordered products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to availability. Please note that launch dates and dates of availability of products are subject to change and we are not liable for any changes to such dates.
Either party may cancel a Pre-order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that the Pre-ordered product/s has/have been shipped (“Shipping Notice”). If cancellation occurs before we sent you the Shipping Notice you will be entitled to a full refund of your Pre-order payment. If you would like to cancel the purchase after the Shipping Notice is sent to you the terms regarding withdrawal in the Terms for Purchase shall apply.
Regarding any Pre-order for a product that is not yet launched you understand and agree that such product’s design and technical features are currently under development and that the product that may be shipped to you may differ from the product displayed at the time of Pre-order. If for any reason you are not happy with the final version of the product, your sole and exclusive remedy will be your right to withdrawal as set out in the Terms for Purchase.

What we do with the information we process – Legal ground for processing
For the purpose of fulfilling our obligations and our rights towards you we process the personal data you provide in accordance with the following:
Processing related to the purchase of products: Processing for the purpose of processing orders, performing fraud prevention, performing delivery of the products, providing product warranty, resolving disputes, collecting payments, handling claims, withdrawals and repayment, and for compliance with legal obligations (such as book keeping). Subscription of newsletters and marketing: Processing for the purpose of sending product information, special offers, running competitions, conducting market research, measuring interest in and improving Harvest Moon’s website, products and services, sending you newsletters and product information. Personal data will only be processed after receipt of you consent and until withdrawal of such consent.
Registration of product for warranty: Processing for the purpose of registering warranty information related to products you have purchased.

Contact with support or customer service: Processing for the necessary purpose of fulfilling Harvest Moon’s obligations related to such contact, including handling claims, withdrawals and repayment. Personal data will be processed for the time needed to fulfil Harvest Moon’s obligations.
Unsolicited personal data: Any personal data that you voluntarily choose to provide to Harvest Moon, other than what is set out above, are deemed to be given under the consent that Harvest Moon has the right to process such personal data until withdrawal of such consent. You are informed that such personal data may be available to any other visitors of the website. If you would like to withdraw your consent for such processing, please be aware that Harvest Moon may have difficulties, or even not being able, to keep track of such personal data and therefore Harvest Moon may request you to provide information about where such personal data is located to take appropriate actions. Personal data will be processed until withdrawal of consent. Such withdrawal is however subject to Harvest Moon being able to verify where to find such personal data.
Third parties and personal data transfer: Harvest Moon may engage with third parties that assist in the performance of the services stated above. Such third parties may receive access to your personal data in order for them to provide the intended services for Harvest Moon. Such processing include but is not limited to validating your address, sending you order confirmations, warehousing and distribution suppliers in connection with the delivery of your order, payment service providers processing your credit/debit card payments, banks and other financial services providers, social media channels if you engage with us by tagging/mentioning us or contacting us directly, and online marketplaces through which our products and services are made available to you for sale.

Right to access: You may at any time request information about your personal data that is processed by us.
Right to rectification: You may at any time request rectification of your personal data processed by us if the information is incorrect, including the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
Right to restriction: You may at any time request that Harvest Moon restricts the processing of your personal data i) if you claim that your personal data is incorrect, whereby Harvest Moon shall restrict all processing of such personal data pending the verification of the accuracy of the personal data, or ii) if the processing is unlawful, whereby you can oppose the erasure of personal data and instead request the restriction of the use of your personal data.
Right to erasure: You may at any time request that we delete any of your personal data processed by us. Harvest Moon does however reserve the right to retain your personal data for backups, prevention of fraud or abuse, satisfaction of legal obligations, or where Harvest Moon otherwise believes that Harvest Moon has the legitimate or mandatory reason to do so.
